Healthy Oyster Recipes
The word oyster is used as a common name for a number of distinct groups of bivalve molluscs which live in marine or brackish habitats. The valves are highly calcified. Some kinds of oyster are commonly consumed by humans, cooked or raw. Other kinds, such as pearl oysters, are not. Often oysters are served raw on the half shell with a little mignonette sauce, which refers in French to “black pepper,” but you can also enjoy them in a variety of recipes, such as Oyster Stew or Oysters Rockefeller. Our healthy oyster recipes are lightened-up versions of these classic oyster dishes and are a good source of zinc, which supports the immune system.

Sometimes the pasta dough is replaced with a cooked crêpe, commonly 3-4 inches in length and once rolled, 1 inch in diameter. Spanish Almond Cake. Classic cake recipe.
The basic ingredients for this dessert are eggs separated, sugar, oranges, cinnamon, ground almonds, blanched almonds finely chopped, freshly squeezed orange juice, and sugar. The result is a light and tender crumb, softly sweet. While the almond is often eaten raw or toasted, this nut is also a component of various dishes with almond. Almonds are available in many forms, such as whole, flaked, slivered almond, and as almond butter, almond milk and almond oil. The sweet almond contains about 26% carbohydrates, and may be made into flour for cakes and cookies for low-carbohydrate diets. Almond flour is gluten-free. Almond dishes are a good source of vitamin E and monounsaturated fat (for lowering LDL cholesterol).

Tasty Halibut recipes
Halibut is a flatfish, genus Hippoglossus, from the family of the right-eye flounders (Pleuronectidae). Other flatfish are also called halibut. The name is derived from haly (holy) and butt (flat fish), for its popularity on Catholic holy days. Halibut are demersal fish which live in the North Pacific and the North Atlantic oceans. They are highly regarded food fish. Halibut are broiled, deep-fried or grilled while fresh. Smoking is more difficult with halibut meat than it is with salmon, due to its ultra-low fat content.
